By accessing and using CodonTable, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Service Description
CodonTable provides bioinformatics tools and resources for genetic code analysis, sequence translation, educational purposes, and a curated directory of biotechnology software.
Commercial Terms & Fees
Access to public molecular biology tools and genetic code resources on CodonTable is free of charge. Optional commercial services, such as software directory indexing and featured listings, are charged according to the rates published on our Pricing page (/pricing) at the time of purchase. All fees are one-time payments for the agreed listing services; we do not operate recurring subscription models or automatic renewal charges (No Auto-Renewal).
Payment Processing
Payments on CodonTable are securely processed by our authorized payment processor, Waffo Pancake, in accordance with PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards. Sensitive payment credentials and card details are processed directly by Waffo Pancake and are never stored on CodonTable servers. Applicable sales taxes or VAT are calculated and charged at checkout where required by law.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of software directory listings, services are generally non-refundable once approved and published. However, if a submitted tool is not approved during editorial review, a 100% full refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Erroneous or duplicate charges will also be refunded in full upon verification. To request assistance or a refund, please contact us at contact@codontable.org with your order details. Because all paid plans are strictly one-time purchases with zero recurring billing, there are no ongoing subscriptions to cancel.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for using our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Abuse of our services is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and resources on CodonTable are protected by intellectual property rights. Users may use our tools for research and educational purposes.
Disclaimer
Our tools are provided for research and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of results.
Limitation of Liability
CodonTable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time without prior notice for violations of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
